1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Ludideck and any customer making a purchase on ludideck.ma.

Ludideck sells board games and card games. Descriptions and prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and may be changed without prior notice.

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these terms. Ludideck may cancel an order in case of stock shortage or obvious pricing error.

Prices include applicable taxes. Payment is made on delivery in cash, or through the payment methods available on the site.

Delivery times and fees are detailed on the Delivery page. Ludideck delivers across Morocco.

In accordance with applicable rules, the customer has 7 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging.
